The important thing now is the execution speed and the transition from innovation to action.

Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, the UK, and Norway are aiming to achieve a production capacity of 120 gigawatts by 2030. Moreover, their ambitious goal is to scale up to 300 gigawatts by 2050, a significant increase from the current 30 GW. This surge in capacity will be facilitated by harnessing wind energy in the North Sea, transforming it into the world's largest renewable energy power plant.

The Wind Mission North Sea 2024 brings together experts to explore offshore wind tendering, hybrid energy projects, challenges and potentials within the supply chain, grid issues, and financing alternatives.
