The 2023 9th International Conference on Education and Training Technologies (ICETT 2023) will be held at Macao, China during April 21-23, 2023. International Conference on Education and Training Technologies (ICETT) is an annual conference. Since the first edition was held in China in 2014, ICETT has successfully held eight editions in Singapore, Finland, South Korea, etc. The conference committee invites submissions of applied or theoretical research as well as of application-oriented papers on all topics of education and training technologies. Papers submitted to ICETT 2023 will be subject to a double-blind peer review based on originality, contributions, presentation, relevance to conference, etc.
ICETT 2023 is co-organized by Macao Polytechnic University, China and The Education University of Hong Kong, China.

ICETT 2023 accepts both regular (completed) research papers, research-in-progress, and case study papers. Submitted papers may not be accepted or under review elsewhere. For papers accepted to be published in the ICETT 2023 Proceedings, at least eight pages in the standard ACM Conference Paper Format based on the Microsoft Word template are allowed for each paper.
