International Energy Agency (IEA) calls for annual additions of solar PV to reach 630 GW by 2030. And UAE plans to achieve a total installed capacity of 42GW of renewable energy in 2050.
UAE invests 600 billion AED (US$163.4 billion) in clean energy.
The UAE will account for 25% of total electricity generation from clean energy in 2030 and 75% in 2050.
